I started my journey with McDonald's in October of 1999. I worked my way from crew person thru the management ranks and up to Operations Supervisor. I have always had a passion for people I work with. Being able to build teams and see people grow in their jobs gives me great satisfaction. I have always believed in "knowledge is power and what is important to you will be important to them". I love when I see someone years later and they tell me the effect that I had on their life.
When I am not working, I am raising my 3 beautiful children. We love to spend our time outdoors going camping and fishing. Watching my children grow and be successful brings the greatest joy in my life.
