I started my McDonald’s career back in 2012 in Florida. It was my very first job when I was still in high school, and I stayed there for a little over 5 years. I started as crew and quickly worked my way up into management, growing into a department manager. I took an incredible opportunity to go work at Disney World and stayed there for almost 6 years until my family and I made the decision to move to Sioux Falls. I spent a brief time in the mortgage world and really enjoyed that until the market completely crashed. That’s how I found my way back to McDonald’s and started with Hart2Hart in August of 2022. Shortly after starting with Hart2Hart I accepted a promotion as the HR Assistant and have absolutely loved every moment of this new role!
While my family is still learning the ways of the Midwest, we are loving the different seasons, with summer being the best. I don’t think anyone ever really “gets used to” all of this snow. We are starting to develop a love for Hockey (which is not very big in Florida) and we go to local games often. Go Stampede! My favorite part about working for McDonald’s is the people I get to work with and meet. I am a people driven person, and I am always looking forward to getting to help and meet new people every single day!
