I started with McDonald's in 1979 as crew and have held positions as an assistant manager, 1st assistant manager, general manager and finally Director of Operations. I have been with the company for 41 years.
My duties consist of overseeing the company through being in the stores to watching operations and working with the supervisor. I serve as the Head of construction and provide back office support with the financial part of the business.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, golf and crafts. My favorite part of working for McDonald's is the people you meet, from the employees to customers and making them apart of My McFamily.
