My name is Casey Johnson. I have worked for McDonald's since January 2001. I have worked almost every position. I started off as crew, then worked my way up to crew trainer. Eventually, I went into the management position, and that is where my growth really started. I traveled to BSM and ASM classes, that was from way back in the day!! I then worked into the kitchen department roll. At that time, that was actually my favorite! I then took a position at a new store and traveled to Storm Lake, Iowa, and helped open that store. I spent a good 4 years at that store and ended up being the GM!!!
In 2017 I had to move away to be closer to my mom. I took a position out in Wyoming as a shift manager at McDonald's. I spent a few years there, and no matter what, it just didn't feel like home! I always kept in touch with my McFamily here in Iowa. What perfect timing when I got a phone call asking to come back! I packed everything up in less than a month, and was at my new home store in Sheldon Iowa! The transition was definitely a challenge, but I eventually found my groove, and I built a whole new team from the ground up! I couldn't be anymore happier to be back with Hart2Hart! It's been a journey, that's for sure, but I wouldn't change it for the world!!
