Hi! My name is Heather Philpott and I have been with Hart2Hart Inc McDonald’s for 5 years. I’m the General Manager (GM) at our 12th Street location in Sioux Falls. I started my career off in 2020 as a crew member. I caught on really quick and eventually worked my way up to being a Shift Manager. I continued to learn new skills and took on more responsibilities, which helped me develop into a Kitchen Manager, then LDM, and now GM in 2025. What makes me most excited about working here is that I truly love all the different people I get to meet and work with on a daily basis.
