I have worked in the restaurant industry for more than 30 years. I was born and raised in Michigan but had spent most of my adult years in Florida, which is where I started with McDonald’s and continued my career there for 20 years. I had an opportunity to work go to work for the “most magical place on earth” in 2015 and started a career with Walt Disney World where I stayed for almost 6 years. “Life, uh, finds a way” and my family decided to move to Sioux Falls and that’s how I found my way back to the Golden Arches and the amazing Hart2Hart family.
My own family is still learning all about Sioux Falls and South Dakota, so in my spare time we spend as much of that time as we can together. We’re learning everything there is to know about this great city and state together and loving every bit of it so far.
My favorite part about working with McDonald’s is the great drive for outstanding guest service. I love helping people, especially helping my team members to succeed and watching them grow.
