After being a stay at home mom and with my kids getting older, I decided to get a job at McDonald’s. I initially just wanted to get out of the house and meet new people. Little did I know McDonald’s would bring me so much opportunity and a passion for the people and the business! I have been with McDonald’s for 2 years now. I have been a Crew Person, Crew Trainer, Shift Manager, People Department Manager as well as a Lead Department Manager! I am currently the General Manager at the Storm Lake, Iowa store. My role as a General Manager is to oversee the business and develop my team. My role is to also make sure we are meeting McDonald’s high quality and customer standards. I love to have a positive and fun working environment in my store.
Family is everything to me! I have been married for 10 years! We have 5 amazing children. 3 girls and 2 boys! I love spending time with my family and enjoying our weekly movie nights. I enjoy cooking, baking, and also music.
My favorite part about working for Hart2Hart is learning new things everyday. I also love that our company is all about taking care of our people! I feel like I have so much support and opportunities. I also enjoy getting to know the people I work with and building their confidence and trust.
