My name is Michael Dawson Hasty, but I prefer to be called Dawson. I’m excited to be joining the Hart2Hart Inc. team as an HR Assistant.
I was born and raised in the state of Georgia, having lived there for the first 21 years of my life. After graduating from Kennesaw State University, I decided to branch out and move to Sioux Falls, a place I knew little about at the time. After living here for almost 3 years now, I can say that was a great decision.
Since I’ve been in Sioux Falls, I’ve been able to make several meaningful connections. Professionally, I have had the opportunity to gain a couple of years of experience in recruiting and Human Resources. On the personal side, becoming associated with Sioux Falls First, tre Ministries, and South Dakota Rising Stars has introduced me to many of my close friends in the area. In fact, I have been fortunate to become a part of the leadership team for the Overflow Young Adult group at Sioux Falls First!
About a year and a half ago, I brought home my pup, Ragnar, who will be very happy to see me working from home sometimes (he is now a 2-years-old, 100 pound German Shepard/ Golden Retriever mix). Sioux Falls has also introduced me to my girlfriend, Skyler, who I met in 2023 and every day has truly been amazing!
I am happy to be here and am looking forward to getting to know everyone!
