My name is Rachel Hoey. I started with McDonalds in July of 2023 as a General Manager. I previously was a GM for a different fast food chain as well as asset protection manager. I live in George, lowa with my husband, 3 children, and 2 very large dogs. I am a busy, busy lady, between work and family life, but I enjoy every minute of it. My goal for the store is to create a family like culture where we can depend on an respect each other. I enjoy learning new things and I feel it is important to teach someone something everyday to help empower them to be the best they can be. In my free time I enjoy spending time in the pool, cooking and doing home improvement projects. My husband loves building and working on cars so we going to a lot of car shows and racing events whenever possible.
